Charles has 14 years of experience in the Veterinary Industry. In 2004 he married his high school sweetheart Checotah, they now have two children Colt and Carly and make their home here in Lebanon. In 2008 Charles graduated with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business from MTSU. He enjoys hunting with his son and spending time with his family. In his free time Charles enjoys training and competing with his prized beagles. He is also a licensed preacher.
Board Room Director
Heather was born and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee. She enjoys being able to take part in daycare and playtime here at The Board Room! She has only ever had one job that didn’t involve animals and was on the wrestling team in high school. She married her high school sweetheart in 2014. Heather’s pets include: 2 dogs (a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, and a Pointer/Pit mix), 1 cat and two lizards (an Armadillo lizard and a Steppe Runner). Her favorite hobbies include riding horses, reading and traveling.
Pet Care Coordinator
Kayla is from Mount Juliet Tennessee. Her favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is that she gets to meet new pets and their owners and form new relationships with them. Kayla has one dog named Roscoe and her hobbies include camping, kayaking, and traveling. She also volunteers with Animal Rescue Corps.

Gabby is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. Her favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is that she gets to meet new people and fur-babies. She has 4 dogs and 1 cat and her hobbies include playing with her dogs and pilates. A fun fact about Gabby is that she and her husband, Alan have future plans to own a reindeer farm.
Parent Care Coordinator
Raychel moved to Lebanon from Sparta when she was around 8 years old, even though she was born elsewhere Raychel still considers Lebanon her hometown. She enjoys being surrounded by cute and cuddly pets all day, but more than that she also appreciates the genuine camaraderie among all levels of staff, management and ownership at Cumberland Animal Hospital that makes it a truly enjoyable place to work.
Raycel has a beautiful standard poodle named Stella and an affectionate shorthair kitty named Peg. Her passion is art such as sketching, painting and crafting, but she is also very much into video games, literature, science and technology. She and her young son Blake share similar interests which makes their time together even more sweet. Fun facts about Raychel include that she comes from a family of gamers! Her family would hold family tournaments on the SNES and Wii that would get intense but fun.

Chapel is from Lebanon, Tennessee and is currently in college pursuing a degree in Nursing. One of her favorite parts about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is being able to interact with people and their pets.
Chapel has two beautiful daughters, Amiyah Grace and Aralynn Nicole and they have one dog named Oscar. Her favorite hobbies include shopping for her kids, cooking new things and singing.

Zana is originally from Mount Juliet. Her favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is that she has the opportunity to help people and their fur babies. She married her high school sweetheart after not seeing him for 35 years since school. Zana has one dog, a bull dog, and she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Michelle has lived in Mt Juliet for the last 25 years. She and her husband Rick have one son Joey, who works at Cumberland Animal Hospital as well as a vet technician. Michelle ‘s favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is that she gets to meet new people and loving on their babies. She has one pet named Marlow. In her spare time she enjoys cross-stitching and watching black and white movies. A fun fact about Michelle is that she can take the stain out of anything.
Heather is one of our Groomers here at The Board Room. Her favorite part about working at The Board Room is that she makes so many furry friends! She also enjoys the versatility and technical aspects of grooming all of the different breeds. She has a passion for rescuing and rehabilitating pets as well. She is originally from Morrow, Georgia before she moved to Tennessee in 2003. Heather has one son and they have 6 dogs, 2 cats and 1 African Grey Parrot. Her hobbies include crafting, music, and piano.
Sarah is from Hermitage, Tennessee and she has 2 cats, 1 dog and 1 cockatiel. Her favorite hobbies include hiking and back country camping. While at The Board Room she has enjoyed developing relationships with clients and getting to experience new and fun grooming styles. Her favorite style of grooming is Asian Fusion.
Joey has 4 pets and is from Mount Juliet. His favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is getting to pet dogs. Joey’s favorite hobbies include tabletop games. A fun fact about Joey is that he was a Vocal Music Education Major in college.
Amanda is from Mount Juliet and she has 2 male cats, one white and one black. She enjoys getting to meet new people and care for their fur babies. Her favorite hobbies include art, video games and she also likes spending time outdoors doing activities such as fishing and camping.
Tammy has 28 plus years of experience working in the veterinary field. She loves all animals and is very passionate about caring for them. Tammy is from Mount Juliet and she has 3 horses, 2 dogs, 8 cats, and 1 miniature donkey. One of her favorite parts about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is when she gets to send home pets that have been very sick that are now healthy. Her hobbies include horseback riding, and playing with her dogs. She has also won many awards barrel racing with horses.
Krissy was born in Pensacola, Florida and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee. She loves all parts of her job here at Cumberland Animal Hospital but the most important thing for her that she loves animals so being able to speak for them and care for them and have their trust to do so makes her day. It is never boring since in the vet industry you never experience the same day twice. Krissy has one sweet handsome cat named Nugget. She has 6 sisters and she enjoys movies, shopping, interior design and outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, and camping.
Kim is originally from Nashville but she has lived in Mount Juliet since 2005. Kim’s favorite parts about Cumberland Animal Hospital are being part of a great family and getting to care for clients fur babies. She has a bearded dragon named Fire and a pitbull named Knox. She has an amazing daughter named Kaitlyn, she learned the true meaning of love in 2010 when she was born. Kim’s favorite hobbies include kayaking, hiking and anything outdoors.
Stephanie is from Lebanon, Tennessee. She has worked at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine while she attended college. She then moved to New Mexico before moving back to Lebanon to be close to her family. Her favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is knowing that she can make a difference in people’s lives by helping their animals live a happy, healthy life. She has one dog, Jack Daniels an Australian Shepard, two cats, Jack and Jeffrey, and two horses, Belle and Layla. Her favorite hobbies include trail riding and hiking with the dogs.
Taylor is from Mount Juliet, Tennessee and she has one dog named Lacie. Her favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is that she gets to help people take care of their babies and is able to help educate clients when the come for new patient visits. Her hobbies include crafting and decorating and she also has 20 plus chickens and 20 plus quail.
Stephanie is graduated from Lebanon High School in 2013 before she went on to receive her veterinary assistant certification in 2016 from Coastal Carolina Community College. Stephanie’s favorite parts about working with Cumberland Animal Hospital include the learning experience, her coworkers, and the opportunity to bond with both the pets and their parents.
Stephanie is from Ponce, Puerto Rico and she speaks both English and Spanish. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, reading, drawing, listening to music, and photography. Her family includes her son Julian who was born in 2017. She has 3 dogs, Tiny, Bandit, and Minnie.
D’Ana is from Gallatin, Tennessee. Her family includes her daughter Kinsley who was born in 2017 and her horse and dog. Her hobbies are riding horses, photography and training animals. Her favorite part about working at Cumberland Animal Hospital is the animals and the bonds developed with the animals. Every day is different and there are multiple careers in the animal field. A fun fact about D’Ana is that she enjoys barrel racing.
Emily graduated from Wilson Central High School in 2011 and has called this area home her entire life. Her four legged babies are the loves of her life. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs Rambo and Toby, and her cat named Motley.
Margie has over 9 years of experience in the veterinary field and has become our Dental Specialist here at Cumberland Animal Hospital family the entire time. Margie loves to spend time with her wonderful husband Tony, her three children Jessica, Allison, and Trevor. Margie has also recently invited the proud addition of her first grandchild Blakely Grace. Margie is also the proud parent of 5 dogs and 3 cats.

Katie graduated from Wilson Central High School in 2011 and went on to further her education at the International Academy of Design and Technology. Katie has a kitty named Sam whom she loves dearly. In her free time, she loves going to concert and exploring new places.
Shellie is a Gladeville local who graduated from Wilson Central High School in 2004 and went on the further her education at Vol State. Shellie has 3 cats named Harlow, Penny, and Jiggy and one Beagle named Rip. She has two brothers and two beautiful nieces named Nichole and Bailey.
Leslie is a Veterinary Technician here at CAH and she is mighty popular. Leslie is in school studying to be a Nurse. She has one son named Bryson and two dogs named Tyson and Little Bit. Leslie love to go to Nashville Predators games with her son.
Brooke is a Kennel Technician at CAH and loves animals. She is a junior at Wilson Central High School and has plans to go to college to become a Veterinarian. Brooke has two dogs named Gunner and Grizzly and she plays flute in her high school band.
